I’m about to share with you one of the simplest recipes for the best night’s sleep of your life. I have been using this since hearing about it from Tim Ferriss. Whilst he hypothesises that this drink may be so effective at helping you sleep due to the elimination of lactic acid it causes, it is still not really known why. Luckily, it doesn’t particularly matter why, does it? Because as long as you get a good few winks who cares about the science behind it?
What you will need is;
- A mug
- Hot water
- 1 tbsp Organic raw honey
- 2 tsp Organic apple cider vinegar – Tim recommends 2 tbsp but I find that makes the drink unbearable. 2 tsp actually adds a nice flavour.
- I also like to add in a teabag full of chamomile to really amp up that relaxation, it also adds a better flavour to the drink.

Add your ingredients into the mug, wait for the mixture to cool down to drinking temperature then enjoy. People have even said not only do they get knocked out by this drink at night, they wake up in the morning feeling more refreshed also. I have certainly experienced this and have felt much more awake the mornings after I drink it.
I urge you to give it a go for a couple of weeks instead of reaching for pills or medicines that will only mess you up in the long run. Trust in mother nature and you can’t go far wrong.
