But new technology is changing the way that people exercise and there are a lot of innovations that help to increase the effectiveness of your workouts and make it easier to stick to a routine at the same time. You might not have time to go to the gym but you should have time to fit in a quick 15 minute workout every couple of days. They’re also a good way to exercise while you travel, which can be an issue for people that are away from home a lot due to work.  

Exercise videos are fine but they’re not always a substitute for the gym because you don’t get the benefit of all of the equipment or the advice of a personal trainer. But you don’t actually need to go to the gym to see a personal trainer because you can do it all online now. It will track your steps and your workout activity, show you how many calories you’re burning, and even track your sleeping patterns.

Tracking your sleep is important because your recovery times will be shorter and you’ll build more muscle if you’re sleeping properly.
